$300 Standard Package - [Music Only]

This tour is a 2 - 4 minute high definition video walk through and pan tour of the property. It will include a detailed in depth tour of the interior and exterior of the property set to background music. The tour will highlight various standout features of the home, such as cabinetry, built in's, high-end appliances, etc. This tour may include nearby points of interest such as shopping centers and parks, video of the neighborhood, and Google Earth aerial imagery. If requested, each Tour will have one unbranded version for use on mls, and a branded version with your logo and contact information for use everywhere else.

$425 Premium Package - [Music and Narration]

This tour is a 4 - 6 minute high definition video walk through and pan tour of the property. It will include custom narration, a detailed in depth tour of the interior and exterior of the property, and background music. The tour will highlight various standout features of the home, such as cabinetry, built in's, high-end appliances, etc. This tour may include nearby points of interest such as shopping centers and parks, video of the neighborhood, and Google Earth aerial imagery as well. If requested, each Tour will have one unbranded version for use on mls, and a branded version with your logo and contact information for use everywhere else.

Community/Development Tours - Prices Vary

This tour is a 4-6 minute high definition video walk through and pan tour of the community or development. It will include custom narration with music, and will showcase features and amenities, such as the pool, club house, playground, golf course, workout facilitie, as well as your model home or unit.

Payment:

Payment is required at the time of the shooting. It may be made by cash or check and it is non-refundable.

We guarantee your satisfaction with the video and if for any reason you are not satisfied with our tour, we will video the location again at no additional charge.

We're dependent upon access to the location at the agreed upon time and date and the property will show best if it's in "show ready" condition.
